Our prices start from £35 per hour and this will include all photographic footage, any evidence and reports.

The price is dependent on location and circumstances and does not include expenses, for example, any entry fees to any licensed premises or the purchase of food/drink in a restaurant. Possible reasons for the need of surveillance could be for Matrimonial, Nanny, Employee, Residential or Fraud.

Express & Same Day – £210 Fixed Fee

Urgent instructions to be completed same day or within 24 hours are dealt with as priority and also include three attempts.

Our process serving service costs between £95 and £250 and includes travel, fuel and 3 attempts to deliver your legal documents. We work through out Kent and the South East, UK. 

£150-£350+  

Tracing service starts from £150 for a Standard Trace within the UK and generally takes between 6-13 days to complete, however, we do have other speeds of service if your request is urgent. We generally ask for a portion of the fee upfront (non-refundable) to cover the costs of research and administration, with the remaining portion to be paid at the end of investigation.

If you are unable to provide all or most of the above, the Trace will incur a higher fee.

Enhanced Trace – £350+

If a desktop trace is unsuccessful, we would use an enhanced trace which covers local and discreet field investigation and is a fixed cost price. These cases can potentially go on for a few weeks.

£135-£450   Fixed Fee

A large amount of our background checks are in relation to personal matters or small businesses and we would always ask that you do not alert the individual by acting any differently or advising them of our intentions. Although we have different packages, a large proportion of our clients have specific requirements and we therefore offer a bespoke service. Our private investigator costs with regard to background check investigations would start from £135 for our basic checks and increase in price depending on how extensive our investigations are.

Our investigations may include due diligence, specialist database investigations, open-source intelligence, telephone research, discreet enquiries and often physical visits to addresses.

Another factor to bear in mind is whether the enquiry needs to be expedited. This will incur a further cost as the company will be asked to drop standard work to prioritise the case to return it in a much faster timeframe.
 

£35-£300   Fixed Fee

Costs for mystery shopping can vary considerably. Pricing structure depends on the complexity of the evaluation, number of interactions, specifications and demographic requirements, reimbursements associated with the assignment and the detail and narrative specifications. Typically, mystery shops are priced on a “per evaluation basis” and range anywhere from £35.00 for basic service audits up to £300.00 for video recorded interactions.

£40- Hour   £450+
